Luxury residence documented by STRUX
Project Documentation · Bay Area, California

Built to be
remembered.

STRUX documents transformations for luxury builders — preserving the phases of the build that disappear forever, and turning them into the assets that win the next project.

Serving select builders throughout the Bay Area

Craftsman at work — finish carpentry in progress

Once the drywall goes up, this evidence is sealed away forever. Documentation is the only way to keep it.

The Transformation Gap

The most valuable phases
are never photographed.

Almost every builder photographs the finished project. Almost no one documents how it got there. The phases that prove the difference between you and every competitor — the structure, the systems, the craftsmanship behind the walls — are painted over and gone the day the project completes. They exist exactly once.

STRUX exists to preserve them. We document the full transformation and turn it into a permanent asset library: case studies, films, photography — the visual proof behind premium positioning.

The Method

What a documented
transformation looks like.

Each phase of a build exists exactly once. The method is built around being there when it does.

Demolition phase
01 — Demolition
The starting point
The stage no one else can show, because no one else was there.
Structural phase — framing and rough systems
02 — Structure
The hidden work
Framing, rough electrical, rough plumbing. The proof behind the walls.
Finishing phase — millwork and cabinetry
03 — Finishing
The craft made visible
Millwork, cabinetry, stone. Where quality shows its hand.
Final reveal — completed residence
04 — Reveal
The legacy
Architectural photography and the cinematic record of the result.

The STRUX documentation standard — every phase, captured at the level the work deserves.

The Conviction

Buildings are remembered.
Builders are forgotten —
unless the work is documented.

The System

Not a media company.
A documentation partner.

We work embedded in your projects over months and years — not as a vendor you chase for deliverables, but as the partner responsible for the record of your work.

01
We follow the build

Monthly on-site sessions across the life of each project. You don't manage us — we show up, document, and deliver. The retainer is a commitment on both sides.

02
We think in transformations

Every session captures a chapter: the phase, the craft, the team, the progress. A coherent story of the project — not a folder of disconnected clips.

03
Everything becomes an asset

Photography edited. Films produced. Everything organized, labeled, and archived in a library built for your website, proposals, and client presentations.

How It Works

From demolition
to delivery.

We handle everything from scheduling to the final, organized asset library.

01
We plan the session

You tell us the current phase. We plan what to capture: team, structure, materials, atmosphere. Nothing missed. No preparation needed on your end.

02
We document on-site

Full documentation at the job site. Photography, cinematic film, drone coverage, spokesperson piece when available. Four to eight hours of dedicated work.

03
We edit and archive

Every asset edited, organized, and delivered in a structured library within ten business days. One revision round. Everything labeled, ready to use.

04
Your library compounds

Every month adds to a permanent body of work — used in proposals, presentations, and positioning. The longer the partnership, the stronger the asset.

The Flagship

The Project
Documentary.

$3,500
Retainer clients
$7,000
Standalone

A three-to-five-minute cinematic case study of the complete transformation, from the first day on-site to the final reveal. The single strongest proof of craftsmanship a builder can own. On your website, in every proposal, in every client meeting — closing the next project before the first conversation.

Must be contracted by session two. The story requires footage from every phase, and stages missed can never be recreated. Retainer clients pay less because monthly sessions already capture the raw material.
01
Before / Demolition
The starting point. The stage most builders never document and can never recreate. The most powerful opening of any project film.
02
Construction
Structural work, framing, rough systems. The proof of process that separates a builder from a flipper. The stage clients remember after the meeting.
03
Finishing
Flooring, cabinetry, millwork. Where quality becomes visible. The transformation clients want to watch happening.
04
Final Reveal
Architectural photography and the cinematic reveal. The asset that wins the next project — worth more than any advertisement you'll ever run.

The Practice

A young practice,
deliberately small.

STRUX partners with a handful of builders per quarter, and every engagement is led personally by the principal — on-site, every month, from demolition to reveal. No account managers. No handoffs. Depth over volume.

Serving select builders throughout the Bay Area. If your firm builds work worth remembering, we'd like to see it.

What We Believe

01
Craft deserves a witness
Some of the best work in California disappears behind drywall every week. Someone should be there when it happens.
02
Proof beats promises
Premium clients are persuaded by evidence. A documented transformation is an argument no brochure can make.
03
Legacy compounds
A photograph is spent once. A documented body of work earns trust for a decade — and gets stronger with every project.

Questions

Before you ask.

Why does documentation matter?

Because the work itself is the most persuasive thing a builder owns — and most of it disappears behind drywall. A documented body of work lets the craftsmanship speak for itself: in proposals, in client meetings, in the years after the project closes. Every undocumented project is proof you earned and lost.

Who is STRUX for?

Luxury remodelers, design-build firms, and custom home builders in the Bay Area whose work deserves a record worthy of it. If your projects run six months or more and your clients choose you for craftsmanship, this is built for you.

What makes STRUX different from a photographer or videographer?

A photographer or videographer sells you files from one day. We maintain a documentation system across the life of every project — capturing phases that exist exactly once, organizing everything into a permanent asset library, and building the case studies that earn trust for years. The deliverable isn't images. It's proof.

What if we start documenting halfway through a project?

We can document everything from that point forward — and the completion record still carries real value. But the phases already closed are gone; demolition and structure cannot be re-shot. It's why engagements work best when they begin at demolition.

Why a monthly retainer?

Transformations unfold over months. A one-off shoot captures a moment; a retainer captures the story. The demolition, the structure, the finishing — each phase exists only once. Being there is the entire point.

What do we receive each month?

An organized, labeled asset library delivered within ten business days of each session: edited photography, films, before/after assets, and material ready for your website, proposals, and client presentations. One revision round included.

When should the documentary be contracted?

By the second session. The film requires footage from every phase of the build, and stages missed cannot be recreated. Retainer clients pay $3,500 instead of $7,000 because the monthly sessions already capture the raw material.

Why haven't I seen STRUX before?

Because we're new — by design. STRUX was built around a single conviction: builders lose their best proof every time a project closes undocumented. We would rather show you our method honestly than decorate a website with projects that don't exist. What you see here is exactly what we are, and the first engagements will speak for themselves.

Do you handle publishing?

We deliver everything ready to use — labeled, organized, and formatted. You or your team publish on your own channels. Our responsibility is the quality and completeness of the record.

Where great projects
become great stories.

We partner with a limited number of builders each quarter. If your work deserves a record worthy of it, tell us about your next project.
